Programming
REC FIT
The original CrossFit Kirrawee training program developed and fine tuned over the past 7.5 years to bring an epic training expereince to our members and guests. This program will ensure you are fitter, faster and stronger.
REC Masters
This training pathway is adapted for our older members who have slightly different needs with a lower amount of training volume and load.
REC Compete
An advanced training method for those that want to compete in the sport of fitness. This program is for individuals looking to take the next step with their training and have a thirst to compete at local, open, quarter and semi finals style events.
REC Barbell Club
This program is designed for weightlifters and athletes looking to incorporate Olympic lifts 4-5 times per week and can be used to compete in Weightlifting or just to improve overall athleticism.
